"Reviewing Ruby on Rails Debuggers" by Steve Midgley
Hi, Not sure if RadRails/RDT offers the functionality Ive been playing with today in Eclipse/RadRails? I got Eclipse to accept in-line debugging for Rails: So I can run a webrick server within Eclipse, place a breakpoint in the framework code or my application code and step/watch/etc from there. Its pretty handy if slow. Is this an improvement from RadRails/RDT method? My write up on what I did is here: http://www.misuse.org/cms/article.php?story=20060913182223765 Any feedback about this idea would be very welcome. Best, Steve
